Holiday Period Disruption and Dates

Please note during the peak period, postal and courier services are under extreme demand and volume meaning you may experience delays in the processing of your shipments.

As an independent family business, we also like to give our hard working team extended leave so that they can recharge and enjoy with their own families. This impacts our Administrative and Customer Service which is explained further below.

Peak Period Includes

The following can be impacted by processing delays:

  • Black Friday week (25th November - 1st December)
  • Cyber Week (2nd December - 8th December)
  • December in it's entirety

In the event of your shipment being delayed, a refund cannot be issued as your order will still be sent with your selected service.

Reduced Customer Service

Please be patient and kind to our two CS superstars, Kallie & Shannon. They go above and beyond to ensure you guys have the best experience and will be under a very high volume of requests.

This means:

  • You may experience a longer response time than our typical 24-48 hours
  • Monday 23rd December - Wednesday 1st January will experience reduced service due to the bank holidays and staff leave

Extended Returns

You’ll be glad to hear that any orders placed after November 25th come with an extended return window until January 31st. This is perfect for Christmas presents, as it gives you plenty of time to make any returns after the holidays if needed.

Plus, November 25th is when our Black Friday promo kicks off, so it’s the best time to place your order and snag some amazing deals—including our limited-edition DRK LITE gloves!

Christmas Recommended Last Shipment Dates

We will do everything we can to ensure your items arrive before Christmas, however please be advised even if ordered in line with the dates below, delays can occur with how hectic the festive period is. The dates below are recommendations, not guarantees. To avoid disappointment we recommend ordering as early as possible before these dates. 

If located within the UK we would advise, no matter what, at least ordering with our Priority/Express service, or Royal Mail Tracked where possible.

We are not responsible for courier delays.

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed (Recommended) - Wed 18th December
  • Standard (3-5 Days) - Wednesday 18th December
  • Express/Priority (1-2 Days) - Friday 20th December
  • DHL Next Working Day- Thursday 19th December by 12:00

Europe
  • 7th December

USA
  • 7th December

Rest of World
  • 7th December
