Spanish goalkeeper, David Raya, started his career with UE Cornella before joining Blackburn Rovers in 2012 with a scholarship, working his way up to subsequently sign a contract in 2014. During the first half of the 2014-15 season, Raya was on loan to Conference side Southport where he made a total of 24 appearances.
After leaving Rovers in 2019, Raya signed with Brentford on a four-year contract, regularly impressing as one of the clubs best players - he went on to win promotion to the Premier League in 20/21. In the 23/24 season Raya's ability caught the eye of Arsenal FC, who he joined on loan with a view to make permanent.
Raya is truly an OG of our Pro Squad, trusting in his pair of OGs for nearly a decade and along with the brand, ascended from Non-League to the Premier League.
