Jamie Young

Young signed with Western United in August 2021, boasting 360 career games. After a long stint at Brisbane Roar, Young immediately took the No.1 jersey at and repeatedly shone. Keeping a league-high 10 clean sheets in the regular season, Young was immense in big games, playing every minute of the 2021/22 A-League Men campaign to help the side to the Championship, he was recognised for his exploits by the Club’s supporters, winning the Fans’ Player of the Season in 2022. Young spent two seasons at Western United, before departing at the conclusion of his initial two year contract at the conclusion of the 2022-23 season. He joined cross-town rivals Melbourne City after leaving Western United.
