To comply with EU consumer protection regulations, customers located within the European Union can use this form to submit a request to withdraw from their purchase within the applicable withdrawal period.

Please note that this form only notifies us of your intention to withdraw from the contract. You must still submit a return request through our standard returns process and return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We are currently working to fully integrate this process, and until then both steps are required.
