Now playing for Portland Timbers in Major League Soccer Jon came through the Montreal Impact academy and signed his first pro contract with the club, going on to make regular appearances in MLS before moving to Portland in 2024. 

Pantemis has also represented Canada at various youth levels and was part of the Canadian squad at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Known for his agility, shot‑stopping ability, and experience at both club and international levels, he continues to be an important presence between the posts in MLS.
