How to earn points

Earning points is easy. You’ll score 500 points just for joining the programme (which can be cashed in for a £5 voucher from kick off!).

There are four tiers that you can level up to; Sunday League, Semi Pro, Pro and World Class. Each tier gives you access to increasingly better rewards such as larger cash discounts, early access to new drops and even signed gloves from your chosen ONE pro.

How does it work?

Your current tier is based on your 12-month spend since joining the programme, or since levelling up to the next. Each time you level up to the next tier, your 12-month period resets. Meaning you have 365 days to then either match the level of spend required to stay in that tier, or increase your spend to level up to the next tier. If you’re ever unsure, you can see what tier you’re in and how much you need to spend in the “tiers” section of your account.

Once signed up, all members have the ability to introduce their fellow keepers to ONE where you’ll both be rewarded. Your buddy will get £10 OFF** their first order and you’ll earn yourself another 1000 points to spend in the reward store!

(please note, abuse of this system to artificially award yourself points & discounts will result in your access to the reward scheme revoked, with all points and unfulfilled rewards reclaimed)

Earn triple points

*How do I get my £5 cash on sign up?

You’ll receive 500 points just for joining which can then be redeemed in our reward store for a £5 voucher.

How do I earn points?

All kinds of ways! Primarily you’ll earn points through your purchases, but there are other ways too like following our social media and referring your friends. You can find more info on how much you earn for each action further up this page, or within the rewards area of your account.

Is there some kind of point limit?

Not at all.

How can I see my current points?

Once you’re logged in, you can see them under the rewards area of your profile.

How can I see what tier I am in?

You can see this within the “Tiers” area of the reward panel in your profile.

How can I see how close I am to the next tier?

You can see this within the “Tiers” area of the reward panel in your profile. Alongside each tier it will say “spend X amount more to reach this tier”.

How do I spend my points?

Within the rewards panel in your account area there will be a dedicated “Get Rewards” tab, visit this and you will see the option to cash them in for the rewards available to your tier.

What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending’ and ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
  • Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This applies to purchases and referrals. Points from purchases will be approved after 14 days. This is in case an order is returned or refunded. If you return your order after your points for that purchase have been approved, they will be removed from your account.
  • Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel or return a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Do I get to keep the points earned if I return my order?

Nope, these will be removed from your account automatically

I’m World Class tier, what are the VIP events and how do I attend them?

VIP events are subject to availability and are under no guarantee to take place. However, when they do, you will be first in line to be invited. These events can include (but are not limited to) pro meet & greets, prototype product testing, pop ups and FIFA events.

I’m World Class tier, how do I claim my signed gloves?

This can be redeemed from your reward panel located under your account. Upon redeeming, a team member will be in touch within 10-14 days to arrange. Please note: Signed gloves are subject to availability, if we cannot fulfil your request, we reserve the right to offer a signed pair from an alternative professional, or a free pair of gloves of your choice. 

I’m World Class tier, how long do my signed gloves take to arrive?
We will work as fast as we can to fulfil your request but please note, gloves are subject to availability of your chosen pro. Which will vary significantly. 

I’m World Class tier, how many pairs of signed gloves am I entitled to?

You may redeem up to one pair of signed gloves per year. Your eligibility will reset 365 days after your last request. You must remain in the World Class tier to redeem this again.

Can I cancel, return or exchange any of the rewards?

Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged with the exception that you may return for a different size in the same item, as long as it is unused. Discount reward vouchers that you have redeemed cannot be returned, however if you have cashed in your points for a discount > not yet redeemed the discount > wish to reverse this and get your points back, then please contact us at support@theoneglove.com.

How do I refer a friend?

Within the rewards area of your account, there will be a tab called “Refer Friends”. In there you can create shareable links they can use to join us. Important: They must place their first order through your link, otherwise you will not receive the credit. There are no exceptions to this rule to prevent abuse of our system.

**What do I get for referring a friend?

Not only does your friend get £10 OFF their first order (minimum £45 spend) but once they make their first purchase over £45, you will be credited a whopping 1000 points to spend on whatever you want! (please note crediting of these points will be pending for 14 days).

If my friend cancels their order, do I still get the points?

Nope. The pending points will be removed.

What happens if I abuse the refer a friend scheme?

We regularly analyse and monitor the scheme for unusual behaviour and potential abuse. If we suspect you have abused the system to artificially gain points & rewards by using other addresses, we reserve the right to block your access to the rewards programme, reclaim all points and reclaim all currently unfulfilled rewards.

I have an account with your Australian/American store, does my account and reward tier cover all of them?

Unfortunately, not, your account, login and reward tiers are tied to the individual stores.
